WW - Rolex Oyster Perpetual GMT Master "Root Beer," ref 1675, circa 1970, 42mm including crown guards x 47mm to lug tips, 20mm lug width, original two-tone stainless steel and gold screw back Oyster case with bi-directional ghosted 24 hour bezel and faceted lugs, brown leather strap, original faded brown dial with gold printed details, applied gold nipple indices, date aperture at 3, 26J cal 1570, s#2737605, triple signed, inside back ref 1675 with III.70 date code.
CONDITION:
Mvt: Running, GMT functions properly, excellent cosmetic mvt condition overall, hardly any oxide to steelwork, light fine scratches and wear to plate edges; excellent dial with very light surface spotting; gold Mercedes hands with relumed hour and minute as well as almost complete lume loss for GMT hand; lightly polished case shows light wear, lug chamfers still crisp and visible, dings on the backs of the lugs from being worn on a bracelet as well as an edge ding at 4 and numerous small dings on the bottom right and left lugs; original signed crown shows little wear, good threads; excellent plastic crystal; resealed for auction.
